Salty Caramel


Our salty caramel ice cream is made by slowly caramelizing sugar in small batches. We use a dry burn technique meaning we don’t add any water to our sugar, giving you just that clean & perfect caramel taste. The caramelized sugar is mixed with our dairy and Maldon sea salt to give it that splendid salty & sweet balance.
